Brendan has a lifetime of industry experience. Having worked in large chain stores prior to opening Optometrists on O’Connell, Brendan noted a lack of uniqueness and the focus is less on the client and more on the sale. This drove him to branch out and open his own store championing handmade and one of a kind eyewear pieces, whilst creating a client inspired journey from the moment you step through our doors.

Kathy is our highly qualified and experienced Optometrist. She prides herself on continuing the fun, friendly vibe of the store front, bringing it into the examining room. Her clinical expertise and knowledge of the eye is second to none. Our examining rooms are fitted with state of the art testing technology to perfectly complement and assist Kathy to assess your complete vision and eye health. Exuding positivity, our optometrist has your best interests at heart, she opens conversations with all clients to gain a unique and deeper understanding of you as a person. That way, when it comes to selecting your eyewear, they will advise on frame types that will seamlessly match your personal lens requirements.
